Unless you are contacted by our sales team, your goods will be dispatched on the agreed date and could be delivered any time within the specified window.

Unforeseen Circumstances 

Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Severe Weather or other causes beyond the control of Brownie Eyed Girl.

Complaints Procedure 

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately upon receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us immediately by email or by clicking here.

Cancellations and Returns 

As our products are produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed, unless you advise us within one hour, we cannot cancel and refunds cannot be given. Consequently credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. Website Accuracy 

Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices,images and descriptions on our website are correct. In the case of error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. We apologise if this is the case. We have identified where possible products which contain nuts, however we would advise customers with nut allergies to contact us prior to purchase if uncertain.

All products are produced in nut environments and could possibly be contaminated with nuts.
