What options are available for delivery?

You can either collect from 2 locations or you can have them delivered to an address. (terms apply)


What are the collection points?

Collection Point 2

Sittingbourne - ME10 4. Full address to be given upon order confirmation


What days are the collection and delivery available?

Doorstep Delivery

Delivery to the following postcodes for an additional cost of £5

10AM TIL 6PM

ME5, ME7, ME8, ME9 ME10

DPD Next Day

If you are not within the above postcodes don’t worry we can still deliver to your door! We will use DPD instead, orders will be sent via DPD Next Day.

When do I have to place the order?

There is one delivery and collection day per week. To qualify for Saturday delivery or collection you must place the order by midnight Wednesday. We recommend ordering as early as you can in the week to avoid disappointment.

We post DPD orders on Thursday, this should arrive either Friday or Saturday. Although due to the current situation we can’t guarantee this. Please track your box using the tracking number provided once the parcel has been dispatched.

How long do the brownies last?

They will last up to 7 days. We suggest to keep the fridge during the summer months but take out an hour before serving

Can I request a custom order?

Please get in contact if you would like to discuss a flavour or quantity not shown on the website

How can I pay?

Appleplay, Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Mastercard are all offered at checkout

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only up to one hour after it has been placed, after this time production will have started and we cannot cancel.

Do you have any vegan options?

Yes we do, each vegan option is labelled within the webshop
